SYARIKAT Lian Tong dan Anak-Anak yesterday continued their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative by awarding a one-year sponsorship of school fees to a St Andrew’s School student.

The student was recommended by the school based on academic achievements and the family’s socio-economic background.

The handover of the sponsorship was held at St Andrew’s School in Bandar Seri Begawan. The event was witnessed by Haji Mohammad Syafien bin Yandol @ Abdullah, Secretary of the Motor Transport Licensing Authority (MTLA).

Allen On, a representative of Syarikat Lian Tong dan Anak-Anak handed over the sponsorship award to Mdm. Tan Lian Lian, Principal of the school.

Allen On expressed that the company will continue to contribute to the community as a token of appreciation to the Brunei Government and the MTLA.
