“I believe that the academic life at St Andrew’s School, be it a short period of a few years or a long spell from kindergarten onward, has produced an interesting and significant experience about your academic profile and the discovery of your own life history.
“All of you have come a long way and achieved through your own personal struggle to reach the highest Year 11 or Form Five level to be offered by this school. Every one of you deserves the utmost praise and recognition,” he said.
“Whatever pathway that you choose to follow, it is useful to remember that those of you will begin this journey as young adults. As the saying goes, every beginning has an end and every end has a new beginning,” he added.
The principal of St Andrew’s School, Jane Keasberry, also spoke at the event praising the students’ achievement.
The event continued with the presentation of certificates and performance by the graduates. This was followed a speech by the student representative of Year 11.
