The FUN Block Edutainment Sdn Bhd organized a Spelling Bee competition at Fun Block Hua Ho Manggis Mall from the 15th to the 16th of March 2019 as a way to generate interest in spelling and motivate students to succeed.

Various schools around Brunei participated in the said event but SAS students dominated and emerged as victors for two consecutive years. Jayden Lim was the second-runner up winner. He received a trophy, certificate, a complimentary entrance voucher and BND100 cash prize. Whereas Chai Qi Yi, Preston won as first-runner up. He received a trophy, a complimentary entrance voucher and certificates together with a BND200 cash prize. The Champion was Ting Kah Lok. He brought home a trophy, a complimentary entrance voucher and BND300 cash prize.
