CORNWALL House emerged as the champion as they accumulated the highest points in the St Andrew’s School annual cross country.

Prior to the race, there was an aerobics session led by Nelson Chong, the Honorary School Supervisor.

The race was held recently at Bukit Shahbandar.

A total of 750 students and teachers of St Andrew’s School participated in the annual cross country.

During the race, the students were divided according to their houses, such as Cornwall, Hollis, Danson and MacDougall. The male participants took the distance of 10km, while female participants took 5km.

At the end of the race, the guest of honour presented medals to the winners.

Ms Jane Keasberry, the Principal of St Andrew’s School during an interview said that the annual cross country was held as part of the students’ extra-curricular activity and was also to help them adopt a healthy way of life.
